great north run
I ran the great north run, which is a half marathon ffrom Newcastle to South Shields in England on 01/10/2006. This is my second attempt. I walked half way last year, and ran allof it this year and improved on my time by 45 minutes. If I can keep the same progress in a few years time I can compete with the world's best.
I have raised more that £500.00 for MS Society and raising. MS is a chronic neurological disease, my wife has the disease. Given her race, we lived in India until her mid twenties she has a chance of almost a billion to one to get the disease, She was the unfortunate one,
There are pics and hopefully a video of me finishing the race.
